  1. Props to Ada in her earnest endeavors of awareness; and for holding down our community (Aamjiwnaang First Nation) when others have turned a cheek to an issue deemed monstrous. Many have shifted and skirted around the importance so as to not ruffle any feathers. Politics. Money. Power. The list goes on. So I say thank-you to Ada and those she works with for pushing past the round tables and lighting a fire under the ARSES involved to get this issue addressed in its entirety. Without your persistence Ada where would this issue be at right now? Shoved to the corner collecting dust?
